Tasks
- Add meaningful data tests
- Build Looker explores views and documentation
- Collaborate on instrumentation and schema changes
- Define and document durable metrics
- Design build and maintain dbt models
- Drive down dbt test failures
- Enable self serve data for analysts and PMs
- Improve mart job reliability and retries
- Mentor peers and review pull requests
- Own analytics mart domains end to end
- Partner on freshness SLAs and alerting
- Partner with data science on measurement ready datasets
- Profile and refactor high cost models
- Reconcile metric parity and cut over safely
- Work with data engineering on upstream contracts and ingestion quality
