- Build onboarding playbooks and implementation SOPs
- Conduct steering committee reviews and status updates
- Coordinate product and engineering dependencies
- Create delivery project plans and success metrics
- Define delivery metrics and dashboards
- Ensure clean handoffs across sales pre sales onboarding support and account management
- Identify delivery risks and mitigation plans
- Improve onboarding processes through post implementation reviews
- Lead and mentor client onboarding managers
- Lead implementation planning
- Manage client onboarding and integration
- Manage client training enablement and adoption readiness
- Own delivery governance for AI agent deployments
- Review integration data readiness and testing plans
- Run root cause analysis for delivery delays
- Track deployment progress and resolve blockers
