Software Development Manager
Tasks
- Collaborate with data teams using APIs Spark and Delta Lake
- Communicate project progress to non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Coordinate team workflows and project priorities
- Define project scope timelines and deliverables with stakeholders
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
- Implement automated testing and version control processes
- Integrate applications with Databricks Data Lakehouse
- Lead agile teams and drive adoption of best practices
- Manage technical debt and prioritize feature development
- Oversee end-to-end software development
- Set goals conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
- Stay updated on Databricks capabilities and software development trends
