Fulfillment Department Supervisor
Tasks
- Conduct daily safety walks and maintain hazard free staging areas
- Ensure pickup curbside install gig and delivery orders completed on time
- Lead coaching and development of fulfillment associates and team leads
- Maintain fulfillment staging and picking activities
- Monitor operational KPIs including accuracy shrink safety and compliance
- Operate powered equipment and follow safety requirements
- Oversee staffing workload and order flow
- Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
- Serve as manager on duty ensuring service standards
