Data Center Manager (Night Shift)
Tasks
- Act as subject matter expert for data center operations
- Develop career paths and update internal tools
- Ensure workflow and throughput improvements
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain on call schedule and coordinate absences and vacations
- Manage data center operations day to day
- Manage outage large scale events
- Manage shift arrangements and queue management
- Manage team performance
- Measure and meet operational KPIs and metrics
- Perform hardware logistics and coordination
- Prioritize and assign trouble tickets
- Recommend and oversee policies and procedures
- Recruit and train technicians
