Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment
Tasks
- Collaborate with site planners and fulfillment sourcing team
- Coordinate short term production planning activities
- Create demand schedule for production
- Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders
- Fulfill customer demand for spare and small materials
- Initiate QWFs and manage communication
- Input customer forecasts and orders
- Manage customer orders in Oracle ERP
- Provide primary contact for change requests
- Reconcile open purchase orders with customers
- Submit transportation requests to logistics
- Support product transfer and new product introduction
- Support shipment process with accurate data
