Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop automation for repetitive operational tasks
- Execute pipelines and scripts for automation
- Gather and analyze requirements for data landing zones
- Implement infrastructure as code for Azure resources
- Improve cloud support operations and data platform workflows
- Provide first-level technical support through ServiceNow
- Provision and configure Azure and Databricks resources
- Troubleshoot Databricks and cloud requests
