Tasks
- Collaborate on solution design and business alignment
- Contribute to sprint planning and system testing
- Coordinate release readiness and user training
- Define and refine user stories
- Drive business value realization and change management
- Drive requirements elicitation and documentation
- Establish analytics initiative value proposition
- Govern and refine product backlog
- Lead analytics platform maintenance and enhancement
- Manage UAT test strategy and plans
- Monitor system performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee demand intake and prioritization
- Oversee ticket and issue management
- Support full SDLC including UAT
- Track and report business outcome metrics
- Translate business needs into analytics solutions
