Tasks
- Analyze logs data and system behavior to diagnose issues
- Collaborate with RPA developers and IT teams to improve stability
- Contribute to automation health dashboards and operational reporting
- Diagnose dependency environment and data integrity issues impacting bots
- Ensure automations meet SLAs and operational OKRs
- Escalate critical issues with complete documentation
- Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting
- Manage incidents service requests and changes using ITSM
- Monitor triage and resolve RPA production incidents
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Provide level 2 production support for RPA bots
- Resolve scheduling triggering queue processing and credential issues
- Troubleshoot bot runner connectivity orchestrator and execution failures
