Operations Manager – Fulfillment Center & Facilities | Hybrid Work Setup

Tasks

• Coordinate contractors architects engineers and stakeholders
• Develop project plans timelines budgets and risk assessments
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
• Drive throughput safety cost control
• Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance
• Lead coach and develop warehouse supervisors and teams
• Lead facility expansion and infrastructure upgrade projects
• Manage facilities incident investigations and corrective actions
• Manage fulfillment center daily operations
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance contracts
• Manage workforce planning and shift scheduling
• Monitor warehouse productivity cost per unit and service levels
• Oversee facilities compliance with building fire and environmental regulations
• Oversee facility maintenance upkeep and safety
• Prepare and present project updates and post implementation reviews
• Provide management reporting on operations and facility risk
• Resolve operational bottlenecks with cross functional teams
