Tasks
- Build and scale FDE organization
- Channel customer feedback to product engineering
- Debug framework issues
- Define and institutionalize engagement model
- Deploy models using vLLM and TensorRT LLM
- Drive customer GPU utilization across clusters
- Lead root cause resolution for customer incidents
