Tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action
- Coordinate dock schedules and carrier arrivals
- Coordinate picking packing and shipping
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Ensure GMP and food safety compliance
- Ensure order accuracy and on time shipping
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead inbound and outbound operations
- Maintain WMS driven receiving and fulfillment processes
- Maintain inventory accuracy with inventory control
- Manage inventory movement and dock operations
- Monitor operational dashboards and KPIs
- Oversee receiving unloading inspection put away
- Supervise coach and develop warehouse associates
- Support onboarding and training for new hires
