- Architect agentic systems for end to end workflow execution
- Build reusable retrieval orchestration and tool use capabilities
- Define evaluation datasets quality metrics release thresholds and monitoring
- Establish human in the loop controls
- Implement production architecture prototyping and critical systems
- Lead system design implementation evaluation launch and iteration
- Mentor engineers and raise technical bar
- Own technical strategy and roadmap
