Tasks
- Administer non intravenous medications
- Assist in patient care within scope of practice
- Collect specimens using venipuncture capillary and noninvasive techniques
- Coordinate patient care as directed
- Perform EKGs and equipment quality control
- Perform infection control and sterilize instruments
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment using autoclave
- Record patient care documentation
- Room patients and prepare for examination
- Screen patients by phone and in person for intake information
- Support standard delegation of orders
