Tasks
- Coach staff in analytics leadership and relationship management
- Define reimbursement strategy and payment methodologies
- Develop and execute strategies to improve unit cost and reimbursement methodologies
- Ensure team adheres to enterprise data and analytics governance
- Identify and oversee development of analyses models and tools
- Monitor analyze and report competitive market position
- Oversee provider rates aligned to negotiated terms
- Oversee regulatory submissions and requests
- Produce reporting on network access and adequacy
- Recruit retain and develop analytics talent
- Represent provider partnerships in enterprise governance forums
- Support sales with provider network reporting for employer engagement
