Tasks
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer value
- Conduct independent research and validate with experimental evidence
- Create simulation and evaluation approaches for agent settings
- Define technical direction for agent reliability evaluation and optimization
- Develop new methods and algorithms for reliable AI agents
- Optimize agent systems with regression control
- Study agent failures traces and human feedback
- Turn research ideas into experiments prototypes and production capabilities
