Tasks
- Build unified datasets in OneLake for analytics and AI consumption
- Define delivery strategies plans and milestones
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows for data discovery preparation profiling validation and optimization
- Design and implement real time analytics platforms
- Design build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD
- Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows
- Engage clients and support pre sales solutioning with estimations proof of concepts technical proposals
- Ensure secure compliant reliable solution delivery through quality gates
- Establish engineering guardrails for secure coding test driven development observability and performance
- Execute database performance assessments capacity planning and workload sizing
- Implement DataOps monitoring alerting and continuous optimization
- Implement and tune Event streams and KQL databases
- Lead data pipeline performance assessments and tuning
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Lead innovation in delivery models reusable assets and accelerators
- Lead mentor cross functional teams and conduct technical reviews
- Oversee technical execution across multiple projects
- Perform query tuning indexing strategy and execution plan analysis
- Support data modernization architecture assessment and target state design
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Use large language models for schema inference pipeline generation metadata enrichment and documentation
