- Assist students with tuition assistance GI Bill and scholarships
- Complete required training
- Coordinate with education service officers and scheduling faculty
- Create program estimates from prior transcripts
- Develop and update student schedules
- Develop degree plans and start plans
- Document student interactions in Salesforce
- Enroll students in programs
- Ensure compliance with DoD and military base memorandum of understandings
- Guide students on required documents
- Handle outbound and inbound student communications
- Manage student inquiry to enrollment pipeline
- Present student orientations in person phone and internet
- Provide program knowledge and accurate policy information
