Fulfillment Running the Business Manager
Tasks
- Conduct root cause resolution for fulfillment issues
- Coordinate cross functional teams across manufacturing supply chain quality engineering and finance
- Develop business plans and operational strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Ensure compliance with management systems policies and procedures
- Ensure production schedules and delivery commitments
- Improve demand forecasting accuracy
- Lead change management and organizational transformation
- Lead manufacturing operations performance management
- Manage fastener inventory replenishment and distribution
- Manage staffing resource planning and organizational capacity
- Monitor KPIs for cost schedule quality productivity
- Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts and excess
- Resolve shortages with internal teams and suppliers
- Support executive leadership with metrics reporting and decision support
- Track and report fulfillment performance KPIs and rate readiness
