Cloud Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze system logs and debug issues
- Assess incident severity and respond
- Automate operational processes
- Communicate incident status to stakeholders
- Deploy monitor and support application releases
- Identify recurring issues and propose long term solutions
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures
- Troubleshoot production incidents within SLAs
