Bellman and Valet Attendant
Tasks
- Answer telephones using proper etiquette
- Assist guests in and out of transportation
- Assist guests with luggage
- Assist guests with special needs
- Communicate parking procedures
- Direct vehicle traffic on property
- Ensure safety security and cleanliness of parking areas
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Identify and explain room features
- Maintain cleanliness of valet area
- Maintain security of vehicles and keys
- Manage parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
- Open doors and assist guests
- Promote hotel functions and facilities
- Provide directions to amenities and services
- Provide general information to guests
- Report safety hazards and security issues
- Transport guest luggage to rooms
