Tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
- Handle tickets for systematic problem resolution
- Install and configure data center servers
- Install and configure network systems
- Install troubleshoot and replace server and network hardware parts
- Maintain system reliability and availability
- Participate in hiring process and candidate interviews
- Perform rotational shift scheduling
- Train less technical staff on service owner best practices
- Troubleshoot hardware issues on 24 7 basis
