Tasks
- Build automation tools to reduce manual intervention
- Build metrics monitors and alarms
- Collaborate with development teams to improve customer billing experience
- Conduct technical mitigations and deep dives
- Develop self healing mechanisms and automated remediation
- Ensure high availability and performance
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Implement generative AI solutions for incident handling
- Implement preventive measures and process improvements
- Leverage AI ML to predict and prevent issues
- Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Monitor system health and detect performance degradation
- Perform root cause analysis for repeated incidents
- Prioritize and resolve systemic issues
- Provide technical support for billing applications
- Troubleshoot and debug distributed systems
