- Author and maintain Pendo in app guides
- Automate reporting with GenAI tools
- Build dashboards and reporting for product portfolio
- Establish measurement frameworks and success metrics
- Instrument new features for day one analytics
- Lead customer journey mapping and segmentation analyses
- Maintain and expand Pendo instrumentation
- Run experiments and support A B testing
- Translate analyses into executive ready narratives
- Use LLMs to analyze unstructured data
- Validate and QA AI assisted analytics outputs
