Analyst, Constituent & Marketing Analytics (13 month contract)
Tasks
- Analyze customer behavior
- Build automated reports and dashboards
- Coordinate data operations and partner data exchanges
- Create reporting requirements and metrics definitions
- Develop dataset requirements and UAT
- Develop supporter segmentation strategies
- Document data protocols
- Evaluate marketing tactics with data insights
- Extract data for campaign analysis
- Manage marketing campaign calendar
- Plan and execute multi channel direct marketing campaigns
- Provide analytics for budgeting forecasting and plans
- Track campaign media digital and offline performance
- Translate data insights into actions
