Lead Technical Support Engineer - Power Conversion and Storage Solutions
Tasks
- Communicate customer requirements internally
- Conduct technical reviews and site visits
- Contribute to commissioning procedures and field service guidelines
- Coordinate post commissioning technical issue resolution
- Document field findings and resolutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment
- Lead technical issue resolution
- Maintain post commissioning customer relationship
- Maintain records of technical issues and performance trends
- Manage and track fault reports to closure
- Monitor system performance trends
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Produce technical documentation
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Provide reporting to leadership on account status and customer health indicators
- Serve as lead technical point of contact
