- Build reusable accelerators and reference architectures
- Deliver production AI agent systems with enterprise data onboarding and governed knowledge layers
- Drive alignment across customer product engineering and business stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies and decide stack inclusion
- Explain architecture decisions risks and trade offs
- Implement agent security identity and least privilege tool access
- Lead offshore technical leads and ensure design intent handoff
- Mentor engineers on architecture and code quality
- Own architecture direction for agentic AI and full stack solutions
- Perform code review and architecture review gatekeeping
- Provide technical direction to engineering pods
- Serve as technical voice to customer architects and executives
- Set architecture standards and design patterns
- Surface technical risks and dependencies early with mitigation options
- Translate requirements into solution architectures
- Write production code for customer engagements
