Storage Support Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze performance and optimize storage cost and utilization
- Automate storage provisioning and configuration
- Coordinate with global support and infrastructure teams to deliver storage projects
- Ensure storage platform stability performance and scalability
- Install configure upgrade and optimize storage systems and firmware
- Maintain documentation runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Manage incident response and stakeholder communication
- Monitor capacity and performance
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
