Tasks
- Communicate during outages incidents and changes
- Coordinate testing and deployment with minimal disruption
- Define and execute release management processes
- Define and track SLAs SLOs and KPIs
- Define standardized onboarding frameworks and checklists
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure 24x7 monitoring alerting and response
- Ensure high availability performance and stability
- Ensure security regulatory and validation compliance
- Escalate blockers to stakeholders
- Execute OPEX cost optimization
- Identify record and manage risks and issues
- Lead L2 L3 operations
- Lead mentor and develop operations team
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and knowledge repositories
- Manage ETL ELT pipeline onboarding end to end
- Manage environment monitoring patching and upgrades
- Manage incident, problem, change, and release
- Manage vendor and contractor resources
- Own platform day to day operations
- Perform root cause analysis
- Plan disaster recovery and resilience
- Provide technical leadership and direction
- Reuse and standardize platform capabilities
- Support CI CD pipelines automation and promotion across environments
- Support data governance risk and compliance audits
- Troubleshoot and optimize data platforms
