- Act as technical point of contact for clients

- Apply responsible AI principles and governance patterns
- Assess modern technologies and guide strategy

- Build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines
- Build reusable assets for rapid deployment
- Conduct design reviews and quality gates
- Define data engineering standards and performance baselines
- Define observability and performance standards
- Design and deliver modern data platforms
- Design and optimize database performance and capacity
- Drive engineering excellence with reusable components
- Embed AI first mindset into delivery workflows
- Embed observability monitoring drift detection and metrics for AI systems
- Ensure secure compliant reliable solution delivery
- Implement DataOps and AIOps monitoring alerting and scaling
- Implement agentic AI workflows for data engineering tasks
- Integrate AI and ML workloads into data platforms
- Lead AI driven design for user focused solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide mentorship
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives
- Lead technical solutioning and risk mitigation planning
- Operationalize autonomous assisted data platforms
- Oversee technical execution across multiple projects
- Perform pipeline performance assessments and capacity planning
- Prepare estimates and develop proposals for pre sales
- Promote secure coding and test driven development
- Step into at risk projects and establish recovery plan
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Tune queries and execution plans and indexing strategy
