HR Data Governance & Privacy Lead
Tasks
- Act as primary HR liaison to legal enterprise data privacy program governance partners
- Collaborate with legal and privacy partners for compliant employee communications
- Develop maintain and operationalize employee privacy notices
- Embed privacy requirements into HR operations and systems
- Ensure consistency between notices HR practices and downstream data usage
- Identify privacy risks dependencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead HR employee data privacy regulatory execution
- Manage HR privacy technology solutions onboarding workflow design adoption
- Own HR data subject request process
- Participate in enterprise privacy and compliance forums
- Provide recommendations to HR data strategy and governance leadership
- Support change management and training for HR stakeholders
- Translate regulatory requirements into HR procedures controls documentation
