Tasks
- Close orders daily
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse production and shipping
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain order documentation in company systems
- Manage return material authorization requests
- Monitor inventory and parts requirements
- Process customer part orders
- Process quotes and sales orders
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Resolve backorders
- Review open orders
- Support inventory activities
- Support shipping and receiving activities
