- Build AI agents using development tools and APIs
- Create and execute unit tests
- Develop design specifications into functioning components
- Enforce code standards
- Estimate work based on high level requirements
- Identify and track defects through lifecycle
- Implement full stack development across SDLC including frontend backend and UI UX
- Improve applications and processes for quality efficiency and user experience
- Mentor associate software engineers and software engineers
- Participate in coding, testing, and code reviews
- Perform technical on call triage escalation and remediation for production incidents
- Provide subject matter expertise for system components and framework
- Review code to identify errors and defects and remediate issues
- Translate requirements into technical designs and application code
- Write automation test scripts and ensure test coverage
