Manufacturing Manager II (2nd Shift), Robotics Manufacturing & Technical Operations
Tasks
- Build and manage team goals and critical metrics
- Collaborate across functions with Quality Engineering Supply Chain and Finance
- Conduct employee reviews hiring and disciplinary actions
- Contribute to operations project teams for new product introduction
- Drive process improvement and root cause corrective action
- Gather trend and report process metrics KPIs
- Lead business initiatives and improvement projects
- Manage operations safety quality productivity and delivery
- Manage staffing hiring and associate training
- Oversee daily manufacturing execution to meet plan
- Support mentor and motivate production teams
