Senior Software Engineer I, AI/ML
Tasks
- Build developer tooling with Model Context Protocol and tool interfaces
- Build orchestration tool use retrieval memory and state with evaluations
- Contribute to internal AI platform for model access routing and agent runtimes
- Define evaluations regression tests and observability
- Instrument production services and support on call incident response for non deterministic outputs
- Mentor early career engineers through code review pairing and design feedback
- Own design and delivery of agents copilots and platform components end to end
- Partner with business stakeholders to scope problems into measurable solutions
