Business Continuity Plan (BCP) / Disaster Recovery (DR) – Technical Lead
Tasks
- Align recovery objectives with business priorities
- Assess risks and recommend resilience improvements
- Collaborate with infrastructure cloud application security teams
- Define RTO/RPO targets
- Design BCP DR solutions
- Develop runbooks recovery procedures automation scripts
- Document DR test results and remediation
- Drive continuous improvement based on incidents tests audits
- Ensure compliance audit risk management controls
- Implement BCP DR solutions
- Lead DR tests simulations tabletop exercises
- Maintain recovery strategies
- Manage DR testing calendar compliance reporting
- Own DR architecture backup replication failover restoration
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers and support teams
- Report program health risks metrics
- Serve as technical escalation during incidents
