Tasks
- Align scope and budget with account and operations leads
- Balance shifts throughput and skills across vendors and internal teams
- Build and track budgets burn and margins
- Coach team members on planning QA and tools
- Conduct governance and reporting status risk exec updates
- Coordinate hiring requirements with recruiters
- Escalate high impact items with options and impact
- Explain results risks and next steps
- Forecast and secure rater and annotator capacity
- Identify manual steps and pilot process automation
- Lead client and stakeholder QBR style reviews
- Lead delivery and scale capacity planning vendor management process automation
- Lead root cause analysis and action plans for risks issues and change
- Maintain updated SOPs and communication
- Manage change orders to protect financial outcomes
- Oversee multi project portfolios for AI training data programs
- Partner on acceptance criteria audits and corrective actions
- Plan and run end to end projects collection labeling evaluation
- Review evaluate and select qualified candidates
- Review vendor performance and drive improvements
- Scale process automation templates scripts RPA and API driven flows
- Set priorities milestones and handoffs across time zones
- Set vendor expectations SLAs and playbooks
- Support onboarding offboarding and staffing retention
