Data Scientist / Data Engineer
Tasks
- Communicate findings tradeoffs and recommendations
- Define quality checks and monitor model performance
- Design and conduct experiments to improve model quality
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks and datasets
- Ensure reproducibility and documentation for data and model decisions
- Establish automated and human evaluation approaches
- Explore and evaluate machine learning and generative AI models
- Integrate validated improvements into production with engineers
- Perform systematic error analysis and prioritize improvements
- Translate user needs into analytical and machine learning problems
