- Build and grow high performance engineering team
- Build data collection labeling and pipeline management frameworks
- Collaborate with EDA design architecture and platform teams
- Define AI ML strategy for engineering software and design flows
- Define KPIs for AI productivity quality and ROI
- Drive continuous innovation and adoption of emerging AI ML technologies
- Ensure alignment with enterprise AI governance frameworks
- Integrate AI into engineering toolchains end to end
- Lead AI driven transformation of semiconductor design workflows
- Lead model training fine tuning validation and deployment frameworks
- Partner with external vendors and partners
