Fulfillment Operations Supervisor
Tasks
- Advise and direct external contacts as needed
- Coach team members to reduce defects
- Communicate escalations and anomalies with clients
- Complete administrative duties like timesheets leave requests and reviews
- Coordinate internal teams to implement updates and track progress
- Drive process improvement for efficiency quality safety and waste reduction
- Ensure order picking and packing to specifications
- Ensure orders and inventory meet client standards
- Handle client inquiries complaints and troubleshooting
- Maintain replenishing levels to min max
- Manage fulfillment labor requirements
- Monitor daily operations for quality and compliance
- Perform routine audits verify order accuracy and address errors
- Process orders and follow up on customer email responses
- Provide performance feedback and reviews
- Serve as communication conduit between organization and client
- Support client driven process rollouts and operational changes
- Train and cross-train team members
- Vet invoicing before sending to client
