Tasks
- Apply dimensional modeling star schemas fact tables dimension tables
- Build and optimize Snowflake data solutions
- Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines
- Develop data ingestion transformations and loading
- Implement Snowflake objects databases schemas tables views streams tasks stages stored procedures
- Implement data quality controls validation and monitoring
- Ingest data from REST APIs relational databases cloud storage and flat files
- Maintain documentation for pipelines and data models
- Monitor and optimize Snowflake workloads and SQL queries
- Monitor pipelines diagnose performance issues and resolve incidents
- Support data governance and security privacy and compliance
