- Assist guests with product and service needs
- De escalate guest issues and recover guest experience
- Direct guests to fulfillment services and enroll activate and use
- Greet guests and provide guest service
- Handle returns by following register prompts and store policies
- Maintain clean safe and clutter free work area
- Maintain compliance with safety food safety and adult beverage laws
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Promote Target Loyalty and assist sign up
- Scan and bag guest items accurately
- Stock supplies and prepare merchandise for guests
- Support gift registry services
- Support order pick up and drive up and drive up returns
