- Analyze operational credentialing vetting and agency data
- Communicate with stakeholders to align reporting needs
- Develop executive dashboards and briefings
- Evaluate and improve operational workflows
- Gather requirements and translate into actionable solutions
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Improve data governance and standardize processes
- Lead and coordinate analyst assignments
- Maintain SharePoint tracking and reporting
- Maintain business requirements functional specifications and process documentation
- Manage PSD submission workflows
- Monitor performance metrics and trends
- Oversee WSO data updates
- Serve as first level escalation point
- Support credentialing and vetting data management
- Support testing validation and implementation of enhancements
