• Ensure AIFMD compliance
• Ensure documentation and controls compliance
• Lead AIFM senior management team
• Maintain delegation oversight
• Manage regulatory reporting
• Monitor service providers
• Oversee CSSF regulatory adherence
• Oversee portfolio management and valuation oversight
• Provide regulatory guidance for due diligence
• Provide senior reporting to management and board
• Represent AIFM with regulators and clients
• Support business development and prospect pitches
• Support recruitment and succession planning
