- Build AI systems for regulated secure cloud on premise and air gapped deployments
- Conduct original research in agentic systems and autonomous execution
- Define AI ML research strategy and roadmap for Trase OS
- Design model behavior in long lived execution environments
- Drive architecture decisions for orchestration model serving and infrastructure governance
- Establish evaluation and reliability frameworks
- Lead large scale experimentation and prototyping
- Mentor and influence technical direction across the organization
- Operationalize research outcomes with engineering and product teams
- Publish technical papers and contribute to research community
