- Communicate and collaborate with external scientific medical AI and regulatory communities
- Develop regulatory ready biomarker strategies for submissions and companion diagnostics
- Develop reusable biomarker platforms across multiple indications
- Direct cross functional matrix teams for end to end ownership to clinical implementation
- Drive innovation in quantitative biomarker scoring and disease progression models
- Establish analytical and clinical validation frameworks for multimodal biomarkers
- Integrate imaging blood biomarkers genomics proteomics and clinical data
- Lead and develop a team of biomarker leads
- Oversee proof of concept studies for multimodal biomarker integration
- Provide strategic scientific leadership for AI computational pathology and multimodal biomarker development
