- Coordinate across global cross functional stakeholders
- Deliver brake electronics projects on time and with quality
- Drive India capability roadmap and localization
- Ensure compliance with railway safety standards
- Establish engineering best practices and design guidelines
- Execute transfer of technology from European CoC to India
- Lead brake electronics development lifecycle
- Lead supplier technical reviews and issue resolution
- Manage electronics engineering team performance and career development
- Proactively manage project risks and technical issues
- Provide technical leadership and architecture reviews
- Represent India team in global technical reviews
- Support hiring and team growth plans
