Sr. Director of Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Build cost per filing measurement system
- Define updated compliance analyst role skills
- Deliver monthly fulfillment scorecard to CCO
- Drive automation adoption for eligible filings
- Drive automation first talent transformation
- Enforce SLAs and output expectations
- Extract and document compliance analyst knowledge
- Lead compliance analyst team standards and performance
- Manage compliance analyst performance deficiencies
- Monitor QA trends and triage root causes
- Own operating scorecards and adoption metrics
- Plan resources and adjust task handling times
- Route system gaps to process engineering team
- Run weekly one on ones and performance metrics reviews
- Set baselines and improve cost per filing
- Track SLA attainment and QA outcomes
