Embedded Software Designer – Processing & Algorithms (Contingent)
Tasks
- Define system architecture with electrical and digital design teams
- Design and develop processing pipelines
- Develop onboard satellite software
- Identify shortcomings in existing software components
- Integrate third party IP into processing pipeline
- Interface with imaging and data sensors
- Mentor junior engineers
- Participate in software design and code reviews
- Support detection and tracking algorithms
- Write unit tests and documentation
