Data Analyst (Procurement & REWS)
Tasks
- Analyze contract and sourcing activity
- Analyze supplier and category performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement REWS finance IT and data teams
- Consolidate and analyze end user feedback
- Define data validation processes
- Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards
- Drive data quality improvements at source
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Ensure recurring reports reliability and scalability
- Improve reporting automation and self service
- Perform deep dive trend anomaly and risk analysis
- Perform spend analysis
- Report portfolio and performance metrics
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests
- Support global data and reporting strategy
- Support procurement taxonomies and reporting standards
- Track and report REWS transformation initiatives
- Track savings and pipeline
- Translate datasets into executive visualizations
